The solution is to find an effective method that allows identifying the behavior style of each individual, their objective motivations and fears.<\/p>\n<p>The behavioral profile is a reflection of one&#8217;s own style, psychological maturity and experience with their emotional qualities.<\/p>\n<p>A problem that frequently arises in organizations is that employees and their leaders are unaware of their strengths and <strong>opportunities for improvement<\/strong>, which leads them to inappropriately focus their individual talents in different areas. In the professional, it would be possible to reinforce the aptitudes and abilities if they worked harder on self-knowledge in order to find with certainty the <strong>zone of genius<\/strong> of each person and achieve higher levels of performance.<\/p>\n<p>On a personal level, if we fully understand our behavioral profile, we will be able to achieve better relationships with people, being more understanding and understanding that we all have different ways of acting and seeing the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Color Method<\/strong> allows us to better understand each factor and the characteristics of our behavioral profile.
